Salt therapy is the use of breathing air with tiny salt particles  in an enclosed area.  A holistic approach to aiding in respiratory and skin issues that may be acute or chronic. 

We place a salt generator into our infrared booth, as well as himalyan salt blocks during your session.  The generator  grinds salt into microscopic particles and releases them into the air . This process breaks up mucus and reduces inflammation, resulting in clear airways. 

 Scientific research has found that inhaled dry salt particles  that aid with extracting mucous, fluid, and bacteria to  help to reduce inflammation in the entire respiratory tract and widen the airway passages. Dry salt particles are also known to accelerate the transportation of mucus, the elimination of residual tar and foreign allergens which aids in breathing better and easier.
